What is the difference between CD and VCD?
CD and VCD are both digital media. CD stands for compact disk which is a very common media compatible with any computer supplied with a CDROM drive. VCD stands for Video Compact Disk which is a digital format that is compatible with most household DVD players.

When/Why should I select VCD format?
VCD format should be selected when you would like to veiw photos and 35MM slides on your TV using a standard DVD player. Through our service, photos and 35MM slides can be setup on a VCD to provide a very entertaining presentation. Background audio can be included on the VCD which will be coordinated with the presentation.
What is the benefit of having my photos and 35MM slides on electronic format?
Electronic format provides numerous benefits above paper or 35MM print formats (hardcopy format). Once in electronic format colors will not fade due to age or environmental factors. Hardcopy format can be easily damaged or lost due to flood, fire, or many other physical factors. Numerous photos and 35MM slides can be saved on a single CD or VCD (>500)and securely stored in a limited space such as a safety deposit box and used as a backup of original photos and 35MM slides. Complete photo albums (i.e. Wedding albums, etc.) can be included on a single VCD complete with background audio to provide an enertaining presentation.
